Cabernet Noir is one of the most unique varieties grown in the UK. This is a grape variety originates from Switzerland and is a result of a hybrid between Cabernet Sauvignon and another variety.
Our Grapes were sourced from Redhill Vineyard in Kent. The grapes were hand harvested, brought to our cellar in Fulham and 100% destemmed before being pressed and fermented in a stainless steel tank. Once fermented, the wine was then aged in 3rd-use French oak barrels for 9 months, giving it notes of spicy cloves, violets, and an olive tapenade finish. Bottled by hand in 2020, cellar-aged for four years.
